Doors at 10 AM
The doors at 615 Richmond Street open at 10 AM, every day of the week. The slot machines run from the first minute. There are more than 300 of them, a mix of reel-style and video slots. All times are local Eastern time.

Coffee is on the house. The casino pours complimentary coffee, tea and fountain pop, and those are the free drinks. Outside food and drink are not allowed, so leave the travel mug in the car. Bank machines are on site, along with currency exchange and lottery tickets.
My Club Rewards is the casino's membership card, and it costs nothing. You get it at the Guest Services desk with valid ID, and members earn points at slots and tables. Lunch takes a phone call. Getting there by Ride CK
Ride CK, Chatham-Kent's public transit, runs fixed routes 1 to 5 in Chatham from Monday to Saturday. Buses on those routes run from 6:15 AM to 7:15 PM, which covers a daytime visit with room on both ends. Monday to Friday, OnRequest trips take over from 7:15 PM to 12:45 AM.
Sunday works a little differently. There are no fixed routes that day, and OnRequest trips run from 9 AM to 5 PM. Ride CK does not run on holidays. The casino does not name a route or stop for 615 Richmond Street, so check your trip with Ride CK before you leave.
